Reset Device Access Code

Before resetting the device access code, it is recommended that you attempt to use your access code hint to remind you of your current device access code.

If you still cannot remember the current device access code, you may change it by first entering the unique 10-digit device access code printed on the bottom of your unit. After entering the correct key, you must immediately change your existing device access code by typing and confirming a new access code in the spaces below.

After choosing a new access code, it is strongly recommended that you create a access code hint. This hint can be a word, phrase, or question that will help you remember your access code if you forget it in the future. Your access code hint should be something simple that reminds you what your access code is without making it obvious to others.
